1. Cancellation more than 14 days before the workshop: If you cancel your registration more than 14 days before the scheduled start date of the workshop, you will receive a refund minus a processing fee of 5%.
2. Cancellation before 7 days of the workshop: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date of the workshop. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost. Please notify us of any such changes as soon as possible.
3. No-shows: Registrants who do not attend the workshop without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Cancellation by the organizer: In the unlikely event that we must cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient registrations or an emergency, registrants will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid.
